Shipping, Refunds & Terms

Short version: we print your photos on real Fujifilm Instax film, ship them free within the US, and make it right if anything arrives wrong. The details are below. Questions any time: [email protected].

Shipping

Every order ships free to any US address via USPS with tracking. We print and ship within 5 business days of your order, usually sooner. You'll get a tracking number by email when it ships. Delivery after that is typically 2 to 5 days depending on where you are.

We ship within the United States only for now. If you're outside the US, leave your email on the order page and we'll let you know when we ship to your country.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll reship it for the cost of postage.

Refunds and reprints

Each print is made to order from your photos, so we can't accept returns the way a store would. What we do instead:

• Damaged or defective on arrival: email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll reprint and reship the affected prints free, or refund them if you prefer.
• Wrong order: if what arrives doesn't match what you ordered (wrong format, wrong style, missing prints), we'll fix it at our cost.
• Lost in transit: if tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, we'll reship or refund.
• Changed your mind: we can cancel and refund in full any time before your order is printed. Once it's printed, it's yours.

A note on how instant film looks: Instax prints have softer contrast, warmer tones, and a small amount of natural variation from print to print. That's the film, not a defect, and it's most of the charm. Very small or heavily zoomed source photos will print soft. The order page warns you before checkout when a photo is too low resolution.

Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.

Terms of service

By placing an order on instantfilmprints.com you agree to these terms.

• Your photos. You confirm you own the photos you upload or have permission to print them. You keep all rights to them. We use them only to make your prints and store them only as long as needed to fulfill and support your order.
• What we won't print. We may refuse and fully refund any order containing content that is illegal, or that depicts minors in a sexual context, or that we reasonably believe infringes someone else's rights.
• Pricing and payment. Prices are in US dollars and include US shipping. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Promo codes. One code per order, applied at checkout, while supplies of the promotion last.
• Our liability. If something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is limited to reprinting it or refunding what you paid for it.
• Changes. We may update these terms and will post the date of the latest version at the top of this page.
