It depends on the film. A classic Polaroid 600 or i-Type print is 88 x 107 mm (3.5 x 4.2 in) with a 79 x 79 mm image. An Instax Mini print is 54 x 86 mm (2.1 x 3.4 in) with a 46 x 62 mm image. Instax Square is 72 x 86 mm with a 62 x 62 mm image, and Instax Wide is 108 x 86 mm with a 99 x 62 mm image. Every frame in this tool uses those real proportions.
Download a template PNG from this page. The photo window is transparent, so place the template on a layer above your photo, then move and resize the photo underneath until it fills the window. In Canva, upload the PNG, add your photo, and use Position > Backward to send the photo behind the frame.
